Hon. Geo. W. Wanamaker has ordered a grand jury for the October term of circuit court, which convenes at Bethany, Monday, October 9th. The jury will be instructed to make inquiries into and ferrit out, if possible, the person who murdered Mrs. Ed. Shirley, the morning of September 17th.
